The Bank of Elk River proudly announces the 20th anniversary of Jill Kemmetmueller, a devoted member of our team whose career has been a testament to our commitment to outstanding customer service and community engagement.
Jill joined The Bank of Elk River as a Sales Associate at the Maple Grove branch in Walmart on July 5, 2005. From the beginning, her enthusiasm and dedication stood out, even as she navigated the unique setup of the branch during its construction. Over her two decades with the bank, Jill has cultivated lifelong friendships with colleagues and customers, reflecting her unwavering commitment to community and relationship-building.
Throughout her career, Jill has held several key positions, from opening accounts and IRAs in her early days to her current role as Assistant Branch Manager at the School Street location. In between, she transitioned to a branch supervisor position at the Elk River Walmart and further expanded her expertise in the call center and data processing department. In each role, Jill's focus on customer service has brought her immense joy and satisfaction, especially during challenging times for her customers.
“I enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers and helping them navigate their financial paths as they pursue their dreams,” said Jill.
Jill actively engages in company traditions, such as family picnics and Christmas parties, which help build camaraderie and strengthen team spirit. She proudly expresses her enthusiasm for The Bank of Elk River, emphasizing the welcoming and supportive culture cultivated by the leadership team, which makes her genuinely proud to be part of the team.
Recognized for her exceptional service, Jill was recently inducted into the President's Circle, an honor that acknowledges her dedication and contributions to the organization over the years.

As Jill reflects on her two decades of service, she recalls the cherished memories, friendships, and evolution of banking services. From the early days of strict dress codes and manual processes to the modern convenience of online banking and digital signatures, her adaptability and commitment to learning have been vital to her success.
Looking ahead, Jill is excited about continuing to serve her community and working with her fantastic team at The Bank of Elk River. "I look forward to fostering continued branch success and helping our customers achieve their financial goals," she added.
