Lost/Stolen Cards

For your protection, you should immediately report your lost or stolen cards in one of the following ways:

  1. Call our Customer Service Department at 763.241.8522 during banking hours. We will cancel your card and re-issue a new one. New cards arrive within 7-10 business days.
  2. Call our 24-hour Hotline at 1.866.546.8273 outside of banking hours. We will cancel your card immediately. To re-issue a new one, contact our Customer Service Department during banking hours at 763.241.8522. New cards arrive within 7-10 business days.
