How do I activate my new MasterCard™?

Now that you have received your new MasterCard™, you may activate it one of four ways.

  1. Have The Bank of Elk River Mobile App? Follow these steps to activate your card:
    • Log into the app and select "Manage Cards"
    • Select the card you wish to activate
    • Click on the "Activate Card" button
    • Select the "Activate" button to complete the process
  2. Near a phone? Activate and begin using your new card today by calling 1-844-218-5499.
  3. At a business where you can make a PIN transaction? Use your new card at any merchant or ATM and perform a PIN transaction to activate your card. Please use the PIN number you received in the mail.
  4. On your computer and can log into Online Banking? Follow these steps to activate your card:
    • Log into Online Banking with your ID and password
    • Click "Customization"
    • Click "Manage Cards"
    • Click the "Activate" checkbox for the card(s) you would like to activate
    • Click "Submit"
    • Click "Submit" again to confirm
