Dusty Bredlow is a seasoned commercial lender who thoroughly understands the challenges of owning a business and the importance of having a financial partner invested in your success. He has spent almost two decades with The Bank of Elk River helping local businesses grow through business acquisitions and commercial real estate financing. He also specializes in equipment, SBA 7(a), and 504 loans.

Dusty grew up in rural Iowa where he worked a variety of jobs in farming and construction. His experience in various labor industries created a strong respect for business owners and a commitment to help them succeed.

“My working relationship with business owners is why I show up to work every day,” Dusty says. “My customers know they can always count on me to be readily accessible and to have their best interests in mind at all times.”

In 2018 Dusty was named Young Professional of the Year by the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce for his extensive engagement with community organizations. He can often be found supporting non-profits at golf tournaments or participating in an Elk River Chamber of Commerce event.

Dusty’s customers know they can find him on Sundays smoking a cut of meat on his Traeger or reeling in a bass up north.
