The Bank of Elk River is excited to announce that it will launch a newly designed website in April. The completely revamped site will feature a modern design, intuitive navigation, and cutting-edge technology, allowing for a simpler, faster, and more innovative banking experience.
“Our goal with this website redesign is to provide an easy, seamless banking experience for current and new customers,” said Julia Schreifels, Director of Marketing and Communications at The Bank of Elk River. “Long-term, we want to provide the same level of service and information to customers whether they are in one of our branches or visiting us online. Our new website takes us a step closer to achieving that.”
On the homepage, you will be greeted with a clean and simple navigation to guide you to the right products and services, an intelligent site search to help you find exactly what you need, and an eye-catching design. Additionally, you can now easily connect online with a commercial lender or personal banker with dedicated bio pages. You will be able to upload secure documents, start an application, or simply learn more about The Bank of Elk River team.
Customers can access digital banking the same way they can on our current website and through the Bank of Elk River mobile app. The digital banking experience will have the same functionality customers enjoy today, like fund transfers, chat options, mobile deposits, and more. Appointment scheduling and an online chat option will be coming soon to the new website.
