The Bank of Elk River’s Partnership Provides Payroll Tax Rebates in MN

The Bank of Elk River, one of the top banks in the nation, has launched a partnership providing dedicated resources for businesses to have a first or perhaps, a second look at the Employee Retention Credit program. The payroll tax refund’s purpose is to reward businesses that kept employees on payroll during COVID in 2020 and 2021.

Businesses, non-profits, and charities are encouraged to learn more about The Bank of Elk River’s program here to explore options of payroll tax rebates up to $26,000 per employee. There are no up-front charges, and the application takes less than 15 minutes.

“We comprehensively vetted our business vendor to work alongside us, bringing important expertise to those hardest hit by COVID-19,” said Bill LaVigne, Chief Operating Officer. “It was admirable how many businesses stayed open during this time serving our communities, while often occurring major losses.”

Businesses, non-profits, and charities will incur no up-front costs. There is a short application form, and a committed expert will help businesses throughout the process.
