IT Help Desk Specialist

Summary:

We currently have a full time IT Help Desk opening. Monday thru Friday (typical hrs. 8:00am - 5:00pm).

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will provide support to the IT Department.

Administers, maintains, and troubleshoots company's computer systems. Provides support and staff training to employees. Performs administration on a variety of systems. Troubleshoots software and hardware problems; does system setups, installs and relocates hardware; conducts hardware inventories; and assists with data and system security and access.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years experience working with PCs, software, hardware and peripherals.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality with all internal and external information.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry systems preferred.
