The Bank of Elk River Assurance

At The Bank of Elk River, the well-being of our customers and employees is of paramount importance. We are committed to ensuring your safety and providing access to our team for all of your needs.

These unprecedented times have challenged all of us to be creative in how we serve each of you and we couldn't be more grateful for your support. Per Executive Order 20-81, all people in Minnesota are required to wear masks in indoor spaces and businesses. As we continue to combat the pandemic together, please plan accordingly when visiting our office locations. If you are unable to wear a mask, please visit any of our drive-thru locations, use our suite of digital services, or call our Customer Service Department to set up an appointment.

  • Employees have been advised that they are to stay home if they are sick and that they are to wash their hands often.
  • Our leadership team has conducted staff training on best practices. We are continually monitoring information published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and in the event that additional precautionary measures are needed, we have contingency plans in place that will enable us to continue operating.
  • Social distancing guidelines will be in place at each of our offices with a maximum number of people who can be served at one time.
  • Our staff will wear masks for all customer interactions. Masks for our customers are strongly encouraged, but not required.
  • Safety shields will be in place for all customer interactions and hand sanitizing stations will be available
