When the COVID-19 pandemic hit last March, we learned, alongside you, how to creatively conduct business. As COVID-19 once again surges across our state and country, we are asking for your understanding as we plan to close our bank lobbies effective Monday, November 23, 2020.

We encourage customers with complex transactions, safe deposit box needs, or new account assistance to schedule an appointment. Please call our Customer Service Department at 763.241.8522 M-F from 8am-6pm and they would be happy to make these arrangements.

  • Main Street- 8:30am-5pm M-F
  • School Street - 8:00am-6:00pm M-F and 8:30am-12pm on Saturday
  • Otsego - 8:00am-6:00pm M-F and 8:30am-12pm on Saturday
  • Zimmerman - 8:00am-6:00pm M-F and 8:30am-12pm on Saturday

Our automated telephone banking system is available 24/7 by calling 763.441.3380. Using speech or touch tone, this service is available in both English and Spanish.

5. Real-time Account Alerts:
