  Teller - Part Time

Summary: We currently have a Part Time Teller position available at our Zimmerman Office. The hours for the position are as follows:

Wednesday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00pm (2 on 1 off)
Job Location: Zimmerman
Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential customers. Accurately processes financial transactions and maintains cash accuracy in cash drawer. Cross-sells bank products and services by looking for sales opportunities while assisting customers and non-customers.
Qualifications: -High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
-Customer service skills and knowledge of banking desired

  Supervisor

Summary: We currently have a Supervisor opening at our Zimmerman location. This is a full time position that includes both opening and closing shifts and rotating Saturdays.
Job Location: Zimmerman Office
Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising branch activities under the direction of the Retail Branch Manager. Accurately processes financial transactions and regularly opens new accounts. Provides exceptional customer service to current and potential customers. Assists in providing effective training on all aspects of teller duties to ensure minimal errors, accurate balancing and compliance with applicable regulations. Resolves conflicts and effectively problem solves. Coordinates department workflow and schedules tellers for optimum productivity and customer service. Cross-sells bank products and services by looking for sales opportunities while assisting customers.

Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience as a Teller, Vault Teller and New Accounts Rep
• Knowledge of Jack Henry Systems preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise a variety of employees and circumstances
• Previous/current supervisory experience
